Back County Bliss was the best company we have ever travelled with!!

Glen was a fantastic tour guide, he was very friendly, accommodating and had some great stories! We learnt so much and really enjoyed his company. He went out of his way to look after us and make our experience special, i would love to do another tour with him.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to call to confirm my booking?

While not necessary, we appreciate if you can call or email 24 hours before travel to confirm accommodation details and pick up time.

Do I need my voucher?

If you’ve booked the tour directly with Back Country Bliss, there is no need to bring any vouchers or confirmation emails.  If the tour has been booked through a third party: Travel desk/Travel agent, please bring your voucher along with you to give to the guide.

How difficult is the walk?

This is a rock-hopping adventure, we find our own path as we wind our way up the valley, not recommended for people not used to walking uneven surfaces.

Do we still run the tour if it is raining?

No, the rain causes the rocks to become very slippery.  We have a similar walk in the Mowbray Valley that may be offered as a substitute.  If we cancel a full refund will be given.
